Online Ordering

I did not received my confirmation online for my order
How can I track my order?
  • Orders can be tracked with the tracking number provided by UPS in your second email confirming that your order has been shipped. 
Where do you deliver?
  • We only deliver within the USA with Alaska and Hawaii shipping cost varying on location
When will my order be shipped?
  • Our order cutoff time is 4:00pm on Friday for possible same week shipment as UPS does not pick up on Saturday or Sunday. Our orders are first come first serve and at our peak season it may take 3-5 days for us to process and package your orders.
I need to change my order

How do I pick up my cake?
  • Please provide the cashier your name and the order number during the pickup day/time. 




Do you ship to PO boxes?
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO boxes.
