Master Baker (Buns): Chef Lin

Chef Lin found his passion and talent early. He has been with Sheng Kee for more than 2 decades and is behind all of the buns you know and love from Sheng Kee Bakery! He has a very rich experience in crafting breads and pastries throughout his career:

  • 3 years of studying and working in France and Belgium
  • 5 years of intensive training in one of the largest bakery chains “Sunmerry” in Japan. 
  • 20+ years of experience working as a Master Baker for 5-stars hotels such as Hilton and Howard in Taipei, Taiwan.

Master Baker (Cakes & Pastries): Chef Ze

Chef Ze has been crafting cakes for well over half of his lifetime. He has been with Sheng Kee for more than 20 years and is behind all of the cakes, wedding cakes, and pastries you have loved and enjoyed from Sheng Kee Bakery. Chef Ze has a strong passion for creating cakes that can be enjoyed by everyone, no matter where they come from and what their age is.
